Submission Preparation Checklist
GUIDELINES FOR SUBMITTING REVIEW PAPERS TO SRTJ
To ensure a smooth and efficient review and publication process, please strictly adhere to the following submission guidelines:
Authorship:
- The total number of authors should not exceed six. In exceptional cases, where there are more than six authors, prior permission must be obtained from the Editor-in-Chief.
- Clearly specify the corresponding author, along with their full name and email address.
- Ensure the names of all authors are spelled correctly. After the manuscript is accepted, no additions or deletions of author names will be allowed under any circumstances.
Title Formatting:
- The title should be written in bold, uppercase, and in Times New Roman, font size 14. It must consist of a single sentence containing 15-20 words.
Manuscript Formatting:
- The manuscript should be formatted in Times New Roman, font size 12, with 1.0 line spacing.
- The main headings must be in bold and uppercase.
- Subheadings should be in bold, italic, and with each letter capitalized.
- Do not number the headings.
Length Requirements:
- The review article, from the abstract to the conclusion (excluding the list of references), should be between 2,500 and 3,000 words.
- The abstract should contain 150-200 words.
- The conclusion should be concise, limited to 100-150 words.
Keywords:
- Provide 5-6 relevant keywords to enhance the visibility of your article.
Originality and Plagiarism:
- The review must be original and written in your own words. Do not copy content from the internet or the research of others.
- Ensure that the manuscript is paraphrased effectively and free from plagiarism. A zero-tolerance policy is in place for plagiarized content.
- Avoid using AI tools to generate the review content.
Content Quality:
- The review should be critical, insightful, and convey a key message. Superficial or generic reviews are discouraged.
Tables and Figures:
- Tables should include appropriate headings to describe their content.
- Figures must have a clear legend for proper interpretation.
- The manuscript should include no more than two tables and two figures.
References:
- The total number of references should exceed 20.
- References must be formatted using EndNote or in the Harvard citation style.
By following these detailed guidelines, you can help facilitate an efficient review and publication process for your submission to SRTJ.
All submissions must meet the following requirements.
- This submission meets the requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.
- This submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration.
- All references have been checked for accuracy and completeness.
- All tables and figures have been numbered and labeled.
- Permission has been obtained to publish all photos, datasets and other material provided with this submission.
